Bootcamp training is comprised of 5 or more people and depending on how big the class, one to two trainers. The sessions can last from 45 to 60 minutes and the workout routines are similar to those in group training (strength, cardiovascular and core exercises).The classes consist of 3 to 5 different stations, at each station there are multiple exercises and obstacles to complete. You are partnered up with 2 to 4 people before the class begins and you move through each of these stations together alternating between the different exercises and or obstacles, some of these are done individually and some will require partners. The benefits of these types of classes are similar to group training. They are a great way to meet new friends, keep each other motivated and have fun with exercise in a positive environment. An important aspect of Boot Camp classes is they are conducted in a non-competitive environment where everyone can go at their own individual pace, it is not race.
